Avila Cathedral Museum
The Cathedral Museum or Museo de la Catedral in Spanish, presents an exhibition of religious art, with works attributed to Pedro de Mena and Fernando Gallego. It has highly-prized items such as the San Juan de Carrión Hymn Books, from the 15th century, and the Portrait of Garcibáñez de Múxica, an El Greco original. Also worthy of mention are other pieces such as the Monstrance by Juan de Arfe and a fragment of the 12th-century altarpiece depicting Saint Paul.
You should of course visit the Cathedral of Avila at the same occasion.
